Starters

Homemade cream of Asparagus soup, served with butter fried croutons.

Mussels cooked in white wine, cream and parsley.

Canteloupe melon with port and exotic fresh fruit.

Main Dishes

Grilled fillet of sea bass, served on a bed of asparagus and baby leeks, with a Hollandaise sauce.

Supreme of chicken stuffed with spinach and stilton, in a white wine and cream sauce.

6oz Fillet steak spread with liver pate, and served with a red wine and mushroom jus.

All served with your choice of Parmentier or minted New potatoes and a Panache of fresh vegetables

Desserts

Apricot and Brandy Trifle.
Strawberries with cream.
Rum and Raisin bread and butter pudding.
